This presentation was made to members of OTUG – the Object Technology User’s Group (not Grady Booch’s same named, but much smaller and shorter lived entity) in St. Paul Minnesota. The presentation parallels Enculturating Master Craftsmen but with in greater detail and tailored to an audience of experienced and highly respected software developers.
